Due to our history with FedEx we are proud to mention that we have a FedEx account with excellent rates so we promise not to overcharge you with shipping bills. Our office also includes a FedEx Shipping Manager, or FSM, that prints the labels we use on our packages rather then using handwritten ones so there is no confusion about the address.
- Warehouse
Our secure warehouse stores all the products, accessories and packaging options on offer so they are right there for us to package up and send to you however you want it. We offer storage solutions for those of you who want it, so as well as providing you with your stock; we’re more than happy to look after it for you too. We receive your items into our warehouse and provide daily reports on your stock levels so you know exactly whats going on.
- Pick and pack team
Our many years of experience in fulfillment and dropshipping has allowed us to train up a knowledgeable and professional pick and pack team. Our pick team collects the items as per the customer’s order, and our pack team acts as a QC to double check that all the items are correct before packing the items for shipping.

Every client is important to us, which is why we assign a dedicated sales manager to your account. This ensures that there is someone that you can directly approach for any questions and concerns and that the account manager knows the ins and outs of your particular business.

Our in-house accounting department ensures that your balance with us is accurate at all times, and that billing enquiries are tended to promptly. Our sophisticated NetSuite system means that real-time statements are only a few clicks away.

We have our own in house shrinkwrap machine, to help with the added personalization of packaging and speed up the shrinkwrap process, which in turn allows for a more productive and efficient output.
Our office also features a multimedia studio in which we produce our own short clips featuring our products so our customers know exactly how they look and exactly what they will be receiving; in producing these short videos, we in turn help to increase our customer service as there are no surprises.
